New Year’s Eve and Record Breaking Restaurant Volume
Cascadas celebrated the New Year with a four-course menu, unparalleled service from the staff, live entertainment and a fantastic fireworks display that went off at midnight.
The end of the year was very special for Club, as it marked the end of our first year of directly operating the restaurant with great success. Renovating the kitchen allowed us to keep up with serving over 200 meals, which was not an easy task, but we did so efficiently. The price for the occasion was the lowest in the bay; we offered a prime location featuring entertainment, a viewing point for the fireworks, and an excellent value on food and drinks. The Cascadas Beach Grill is committed to offering Members and visitors fair prices and a wonderful dining experience year-round.
The Club’s restaurant is constantly sought by locals, whether they be snowbirds or permanent residents. As a matter of fact, over 60% of outsiders reserved and prepaid for our New Year’s Eve dinner. Several outside reservations even had to be refunded in order to accommodate our Members, who take priority. We’re honored to have such a good reputation with the locals, especially when they have plenty of options to choose from and Cascadas is their first choice. Locals help us keep our costs down, allow us to maintain good pricing for such great meals, and they keep our wonderful restaurant staff happy all year long!

Local Toy Give Away for Christmas
Many of you brought in toys to the sales department around Christmas, or donated money to purchase toys for our annual toy give away to local children in the financially challenged area of Candelaria. Thank you!! Several of the sales team drove deep into the hills above Cabo to the town of Candelaria to help make a lot of kids happy! Our Cascadas Members continue to prove how much they care about the people of Los Cabos. Several Club staff members also made donations to this noble cause!
2019 was a fantastic year for your on-site sales and rental programs.
- $1,220,000 paid to Members that needed a return and refund on their membership.
- $1,839,640 in sales of the Association’s owned Memberships.
- $854,000 in Membership dues paid to the Association for the weeks owned by the Cascadas Vacations, Inc.
- $526,000 paid to Members that couldn’t come down to use their week and listed their time with the sales department to find a guest.

Renovation update for 2020
Don’t forget… Club will be renovating building 20 in weeks 14 – 31, building 23 weeks 27 – 44, building 19 weeks 33 – 50 and Perlita 14 & 15 during weeks 32 – 42. Management and the Board work hard to spread the construction throughout the year and around the resort to minimize the disturbance to Members and guests.
We all love the work being completed to make beautiful Club Cascadas even better! AND… there has been no special assessment to cover the costs of the beautiful work due to the success of the Cascadas Vacations, Inc. sales and rental programs, and the efficient operations of your entire management team. Cascadas Grocery Shopping Service Update
Let your vacation begin a few days earlier, at home, while placing your order of your favorite grocery items so that they will be awaiting you in your villa upon arrival. It’s simply elegance at its best, along with a great value for a supply of your favorite treats. From vegetables and fruits to snacks, items to build a meal, beverages and desserts.

Early Arrival discount for members Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Members can rent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at a significant discount if to extend their vacation a bit or take advantage of better airfare on these low travel days. Contact Barbara Montgomery for availability.
