Important Update – COVID-19
Dear Club Cascadas Members,
As you are most likely aware, the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) is continually evolving at a rapid pace. Our leadership team is working closely with our management company, Trading Places International, local authorities and with the Los Cabos Hotel Association to closely monitor the situation here in Los Cabo. The situation in the United States is changing daily. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the Los Cabo Hotel Association’s recommendations regarding COVID-19. We have implemented, and continue to update, procedures and practices that meet or exceed the recommended guidelines of these organizations.
The health and safety of our Members, guests, and employees is ALWAYS our top priority.
Member reservations will continue to be accommodated based on our Association’s policy, our governing documents, and local health authority requirements. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your use week(s), the Club cannot guarantee that any replacement week(s) will be available. Moreover, maintenance fees are non-refundable.
Leadership’s responsibility is to ensure the long-term financial health, continuing excellence of the facilities, and services of the Club.
In the meantime, Members have been asking two important questions:
If I cannot come to Club Cascadas, will my maintenance fees be refunded?
Answer: Since the Club depends on the dues from each Member, whether they use their villa or not, unfortunately maintenance fees cannot be refunded as the resort has ongoing financial responsibilities.
- If I am stranded in Cabo because my flight home is cancelled, will there be availability at Club Cascadas to accommodate my party?
Answer: Management will do its best to accommodate stranded Members and guests using available rooms in such circumstances.
