EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 8, 2021:

ALERT: MEMBERS RETURNING TO THE UNITED STATES

Travel requirements to enter the United States have changed again, effective November 8, 2021. US Citizens, US Nationals, Lawful Permanent Residents, and immigrants are required to show one of the following prior to boarding a flight to the United States:

  • Fully vaccinated: proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel.
  • NOT fully vaccinated: negative COVID-19 test result taken no more 1 day before travel
All air passengers going into the US must provide contact information, wear a mask over your nose and mouth including on airplanes and in airports.

Club Cascadas continues to offer antigen testing onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, administered by staff from a local hospital. Please see the Front Desk to set up an appointment. The cost of the test is negotiated to be no more than $20 (USD) for Cascadas members and guests. For residents of Canada, a negative PCR test is required. Test results are sent via email and can also be downloaded from the hospital’s website.
Members or guests who test POSITIVE for the COVID-19 virus will not be permitted to board his/her flight.
We will do our best to provide you with accommodations at our resort, which will cost no more than the maintenance fee for the provided unit. If accommodations are not available, we will help you find alternate accommodations.
Any member who quarantines at our resort will be subject to strict quarantine policy, which will be explained to you. This is necessary to control any further spread of the virus. We will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It is highly recommended that all members purchase Travel Insurance from West Coast Global, and that you verify with them that your travel expenses will be covered should you be impacted by the COVID-19 virus and your travel is interrupted and your visit is prolonged.
