Rent a villa
Our Villas run Thursday to Thursday. Bridging a Thursday will involve a room change and we may not be able to accommodate you.
Because our inventory changes constantly and every villa is unique, we do not offer online booking.
To check availability and rate, call our onsite office toll free 1-888-846-5571, or fill out and submit the “Rent a Villa” form below, or send an e-mail to rental@cascadaslegacy.com with your name, desired dates, number of people in your party, and if you have been to Club Cascadas before, and we will respond within 24 hours with options.
Are you a Member looking to Rent your villa
Listing your villa for rent is easy. We would rather you come down to enjoy your week, but if you can’t make it, we are happy to go to work to get your villa used.
Simply fill out our online rental form on this link or download the Rental / Maintenance Dues Reimbursement Authorization Agreement and email it to us. We will send you written confirmation that your form has been received and then let you know as soon as your villa is used. You can cancel the listing at any time as long as your villa has not been used. Memberships
There are a limited number of fixed unit, fixed week villas available for purchase. Units range in size from the 800 square foot, 1-bedroom Perlita, up to 13,500 square foot, 5-bedroom Casa del Rey.
